- 第一線員工。那些在發展製造公司產品或是提供客戶服務的人,會讓你了解公司的基本作業以及與關鍵客戶的關係。
- 整合者。那些負責協調跨功能部門的同事,例如工廠管理者,可以告訴你哪些是有相關的,而哪些是不相關的。他們也通常會透露給你知道企業組織內的真正的政治關係。
- 資深老員工。關注那些在企業中服務很久的老員工。他們會教導你公司的一些潛規則以及企業文化的根源。
Three kinds of people you have to ask for a new job
When
you go to your new job, too much information will make you lose your head and
don't know what to focus on.
The
following three kinds of people you should not neglect to ask:
- First line staff. Those who develop manufacturing products or provide customer service will let you know the company's basic operations and its relationship with key customers.
- Integrator. Those colleagues who are responsible for coordinating the cross functional departments, such as factory managers, can tell you which are related and which are irrelevant. They also usually reveal to you the real political relationship in the corporate organization.
- Senior staff. Pay attention to those old employees who have been in the company for a long time. They will teach you some hidden rules and the root of corporate culture.
