讓自己有士氣的找工作

在如今這樣艱困的職業市場上找工作要維持高昂的士氣,很不容易,但是卻是必要的。無論你是誠實的、或是哄騙的面對面試官,你多半還是會感到很挫折。你必須控制好你的情緒,讓自己能夠專注、有精力、並且能夠感到快樂。
  1. 管理好自己,設定求職工作目標。你可以設定好每週的工作目標,例如查訪求職機會、安排面試。一旦你達到了目標,就給自己一些獎勵。
  2. 不要將所有雞蛋放在一個籃子里。如果你手上有好幾個選擇機會,你就不會因為某個求職被拒絕而感到灰心喪氣。
  3. 出去接觸人群。約老朋友或是新朋友見面聊聊,你會獲得許多新知識、新經驗、認識更多新朋友,這些都有機會讓你的履歷表內容更豐富。
Morale yourself to find a job
It is not easy, but necessary, to maintain high morale in today's difficult job market. Whether you are honest or cheating the interviewer, you are likely to feel frustrated. You have to control your emotions so that you can be focused, energetic and happy.
  1. Manage yourself well and set job-hunting goals. You can set weekly goals, such as visiting job opportunities and arranging interviews. Once you reach your goal, give yourself some rewards.
  2. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. If you have several options at hand, you won't be frustrated by the rejection of a job search.
  3. Get out to meet people. Ask old friends or new friends to meet and chat, you will get a lot of new knowledge, experience, and know more new friends, all of which have the opportunity to enrich your resume.
