計劃是用來讓你專注,而非測試自己

有了工作計劃,可以讓你的工作與生活過得比較比較順暢。然而,過度的依賴你擬定的每天的工作計劃,也會讓你過於神經緊張。要讓你的工作計劃有價值的最好作法是用比較輕鬆的態度對待,認清工作計劃的角色與功能。
請參考以下的建議作法:
  1. 要有目的性,但是保持彈性。事前就決定好你要達到的目標與完成的期限,但是給自己保留一些發展過程中的彈性。
  2. 重新定義完美的標準。對於多數人來說,一個美好的一天是已經完成了60-70%的工作,還在邁向進步中。請思考一下你的美好時光是如何做出選擇,而非你已經完成了所有的工作。
  3. 不要用你的計劃用來測試自己。如果你的自我價值是要依靠執行工作計劃來呈現,你就失去了存在的意義。生命是為了能夠繼續奮鬥,而非將事情全部做完。
Plans are meant to keep you focused, not to test yourself
With a work plan, you can make your work and life more smoothly. However, relying too much on your daily work plan can also make you nervous. The best way to make your work plan worthwhile is to take it lightly and recognize its role and function.

  3. Don't use your plan to test yourself. If your self-worth depends on the implementation of a work plan, you lose the meaning of existence. Life is about continuing to struggle, not getting everything done.
