慎重的辭職

想要辭職是一回事,最後走出辦公室又是另外一回事。如果你對現有工作實在忍無可忍,但是遲遲無法克服心理障礙來提出辭呈,請參考以下的作法:
  1. 要為長期發展考慮好。如果你是因為厭煩了錙銖必較的老闆,或是想要躲開瑣碎的工作而想要辭職,那麼你并沒有考慮好你長期的發展。如果要辭職,應該規劃好長期的發展方向。
  2. 不要等到領到獎金才辭職。你就下定決心要在那一天辭職,而不要為了獎金發放而延遲。一旦你拿到獎金支票在手上,你就會感覺現有的工作也還不錯,因而猶豫是否還要辭職。
  3. 謹慎地離職。除非你已經安排好你的新職務,不要輕易發佈你要離職的消息。萬一你無法順利到任新工作,而你預先嚷嚷著要離職了,會讓你陷入尷尬的局面。
A prudent resignation

  1. Should be considered for long-term development. If you want to quit because you are tired of your boss or want to avoid trivial work, then you haven't considered your long-term development. If you want to resign, you should plan for a long-term development direction.
  2. Don't wait until you get a bonus to resign. You are determined to resign on that day instead of postponed for bonus payment. Once you get the bonus checks, you will feel that your present job is not bad, so you hesitate to quit.
  3. Discreetly leave. Unless you have arranged your new job, do not easily release the news that you are leaving. If you can't get to your new job successfully, and you shout in advance, you will be embarrassed.
