- 關閉消息通知。多數會給你的消息多半就是負面的,所以先暫時關閉你的郵箱或是手機短信通知。如果有確實發生了重要的事情,你總會及時知道的。
- 減少聽新聞。多數的新聞報導與政論評論節目也是多半都是負面的,或是充滿攻擊式語言,這些都會讓你一天工作沉悶或是充滿憤恨情緒。所以,盡可能避免在收聽或是閱讀到這些新聞。
- 改變你所接觸的人。多接觸可以提供你解決方案與可以激勵你的人,而非讓那些總會帶來問題困擾的人。
