三個在家裡也有用的工作技能

你的家庭生活比工作生活更混亂嗎?如果是這樣的話,你並不孤單,你在工作中使用的一些技能也會有所幫助。
  1. 計畫和安排。你是否很難完成你的個人任務清單?在你的行事曆上為你需要做的事情留出時間(即使是像洗衣服和跑腿之類的日常任務)。你會感覺到更多的控制力和生產力。
