Change the mindset
and turn the setback into possibility
Many
of us are able to recall a negative feeling experience at the time, but it was a good thing in the long run. When it comes with setbacks, such as you are
fired, or your organization does not meet
its revenue target -- do not rush to paste it "bad" label, instead, think about what is your most trouble on this matter.
Are
you worried about you won’t get another job? Didn't
get a bonus? Missing the resources you
need? Once you determine the specific problems, ask yourself: "Have what method can make the situation better? This question will keep you from negative
thoughts, and open new possibilities. Take a step
forward and ask: "What
can I do to make this positive scenario become reality? The results, you will
have a plan of action and the benefits of optimism.
