幫助完美主義者不要對自己太嚴厲

完美主義者通常不願意暴露出自己的弱點,這使得他們特別難以被教導。導師應該如何做?
試著把你的教導重點放在給予肯定、確認、鼓勵和支持上。引導他去發現價值,而不只是獎勵他的表現。
當他失敗或是認知自己失敗時,幫助他們去探究失敗的原因,和勇敢的承擔起失敗的責任,并找出改進的作法。
允許完美主義者也可以承擔一些錯誤,告訴他們并不需要知道一切的答案,并鼓勵他們去試錯。但是要向他們示範應該如何學習與成長。
你可以向完美主義者說:“我也不知道,但是我們一起來找出答案。

Help perfectionist, don't be too hard on yourself
Perfectionists are usually reluctant to expose their weaknesses, which makes them particularly difficult to teach. How should a mentor do it?
Try to focus your teaching on affirmation, validation, encouragement and support. Guide him to discover value, not just reward his performance.
When he fails or knows his own failures, helps him to explore the causes of failure, and bravely assumes responsibility for failure, and finds ways to improve.
Allow perfectionists to take on some mistakes, tell them they don't need to know all the answers, and encourage them to try and make mistakes, but show them how to learn and grow.
You can say to perfectionism: "I don't know, but we work together to find the answer.
