在你做重大職場換跑道決定時，慎重考慮朋友和同事的支持

在你經過深思熟慮，考慮過各種得失后，你決定要做出在職場上換跑道，辭職，到不同的產業，或是回到學校。你知道這對你是正確的決定，但是你的朋友和同事并不能輕易信服而支持你的決定。你應該如何說服他們來支持你？

首先，考慮他們的顧慮。多數人寧可扮演魔鬼代言人，扮黑臉。但是，你的改變也可能會激發起他們自己職業選擇的動機。如果他們的意見確實中肯而有遠見，你不妨當成誠懇的忠言。

其次，認真的聽他們的顧慮。和你很親近的人，有權向你表示出他們的疑慮。你有義務向他們說你會將他們的意見與反對聲音，認真的考慮過。

最後，對他們說這是你自己最終的決定，而且你會承擔後果。

Think carefully about the support of your friends and colleagues when you decide to make a career change

After you think about it and consider all the gains and losses, you decide to make a career change, quit, go to a different industry, or go back to school. You know this is the right decision for you, but your friends and colleagues can't be easily convinced and support your decision. How do you convince them to support you?

First, consider their concerns. Most people would rather play devil's advocate, be the bad guy. However, your changes may also motivate their own career choices. If their opinions are really pertinent and foresight, you might as well as sincere advice.

Second, listen carefully to their concerns. People close to you have the right to show you their doubts. You have the obligation to tell them that you will take their opinions and objections into serious consideration.

Finally, say to them this is your own final decision, and you will bear the consequences.
