差勁的老闆、相處不來的同事、業績不佳的公司,種種原因會讓你在工作中咽不下去,有衝動要跳槽,離開這鳥地方。但是,個人的感受與尋找工作畢竟是兩回事。焦慮的心理可能讓你急切想要找到一個外部的新僱主,但是未能留意到公司內其他部門也許有適合你的工作與老闆。
先鎮定下來,不要急。
想想看,你現有的差勁老闆是否有可能也會調職或離職呢?(你的工作績效不好,他的責任也許比你更大。)或是,公司是否有可能在最近可以得到一張大訂單呢?
詢問一下周遭你信任來的朋友,聽聽看他們對你的鬱悶心情的意見。
即使你想要換工作,也要等到有好待遇或是更好的發展機會。

bad boss, a coworker, a bad company, and a variety of reasons that can keep you
out of your job, impulsive to get a job and leave the bird. But personal
feelings and finding jobs are two different things. Anxiety may make you eager
to find an external new employer, but you fail to notice that other parts of
the company may have a job and a boss for you.
Calm
down first, don't worry.
Think
of your current boss is bad may transfer or termination? Your job performance
is not good, and he may be more responsible than you. Or is it possible for the
company to get a large order recently?
Ask
the friends you trust and listen to their opinions on your depressed mood.
Even if you want to change jobs, you have to wait for good treatment or
better development opportunities.
