想要轉換到新工作，先做必要的了解

如果你想要在職業上轉換跑道，你可能很難知道在新職位或是新產業上你是否會滿意快樂？

你最好在你有興趣的產業上找出3~5個人在來面談、向他們咨詢。如果你不認識任何人，那麼可以請你的同事介紹，或是在社交網絡上找到這樣的人。不要覺得羞於接觸外人。當有人向他們提出咨詢意見時，多數的人會感到飄飄然，並且樂意說出他們在做些什麼。

你可以邀請他們一起喝咖啡，或是一起午餐。在見面前，準備好列出你想要知道的問題。這些問題可以包含如：“在你的工作中，哪些是你最喜歡的內容？”到“你一天中的工作大概是如何的狀況？”到“如果有人要要超越你的表現，他應該如何做？”

If you want to change the runway in career, you may have difficulty knowing whether you will be happy in new position or new industry.

You'd better find 3~5 people in your industry of interest and interview them. If you don't know anyone, you can ask your colleagues to introduce them or find such people on social networks. Don't feel ashamed to be in contact with outsiders. When someone makes an advisory opinion to them, most of them feel very fluffy and are willing to tell what they are doing.

You can invite them to have coffee or lunch together. Before you meet, be prepared to list the questions you want to know. These questions can include: "what are your favorite content in your work?" How do you work in a day? "If someone wants to exceed your performance, what should he do?"
