抓住短暫難逢的幾秒內推薦自己

如果你想要調職到公司內另外一個部門,而恰巧在搭乘電梯時遇到該部門主管,你能夠在電梯間或是公司大廳相逢的短短幾秒內,將自己成功推薦出去嗎?這可能是你僅有的機會。
你要傳遞的信息必須簡短而抓住重點,說你可以為他帶來何種價值?
例如:“王副總,你好,我是行銷部的Julie。知道貴部門最近要選派一名駐上海的業務代表,我很有興趣,而且有把握做好這個工作,為貴部門做出貢獻。您何時有空?我們可以多相互了解嗎?”
不要在這寶貴的簡短對話中,塞入太多細節。在電梯間內或是公司大廳上,不適合做需要花腦筋思考的對話。
你說話的語氣要沉穩,表現自信。你會希望對話的對象認知你是一名成熟,可靠的人,而不是一名衝動、不知分寸的人。

Take a few seconds to recommend yourself

If you want to go to another department in the company, and happen to meet the head of the Department when you take the elevator, can you recommend it in a few seconds, within a few seconds of the elevator or the company hall? This may be the only chance you have.
The message you want to convey must be brief and focused. What value can you bring to him?
For example, "Hello, vice president Wang, I am Julie of marketing department. I am very interested to know that your department has recently appointed a business representative in Shanghai, and I am confident that I can do this job well and contribute to your department. When are you free? Can we know more about each other? "
Do not include too many details in this precious short conversation. In the elevator room or in the company hall, it is not suitable for a conversation that requires mental thinking.
Your tone of speech should be calm and confident. You will want to know that you are a mature, reliable person, not an impulsive, insensible person.
