除非你將它當成是工作的部份,否則不會有你的個人品牌

最近經常看到許多推廣人人應該建立個人品牌的文章。包含你是否知道自己的故事?你如何管理你的個人品牌?你如何推廣你的個人品牌?等等,等等。
這些討論的問題是,你將馬車擺在馬前面了!
正確的方式是,你必須真正關心它,用心的去經營它。將建立個人品牌當成是你工作中的一個重要部份。也就是說,你可以運用各種策略與手段來建立你的個人品牌,但是,如果你根本就弄不清楚你和其他人有和不同,你的個人特色是什麼,你就無從建立起你的個人品牌。

建立個人品牌,必須是你的承諾,而不是當成花瓶來供養。
