停止你的鴕鳥態度

當面對艱難的挑戰時,多數人會很自然的期待會發生一些意外來阻止這個挑戰來臨,並且將它當成自己不需要去面對這個挑戰的藉口。然而,如此自我設限的鴕鳥態度只會讓你難以挖掘出你的潛力,不能達到目標。
以下是讓你停止鴕鳥作風的方法:
  1. 注意警訊。這包含了你的退縮,有一列藉口清單,或是過度強調潛在的困難。
  2. 關注如何達到目標,而非找回避的藉口。多用“假如這樣”和“如果有了這些….”的創意方式來説明你思考如何能夠解決問題。例如,如果你認為因為缺乏某種技能,你可能因而會失敗,那麼找出方法來獲得這個必要的技能。
  3. 管理好你的負面情緒。當面對障礙的時候(總是會有一些困難的),你很容易失望或是生氣。這個時候,控制好自己的情緒,對自己好一些,關注在你有能力做出改變的努力上。
Stop your ostrich attitude
When facing a difficult challenge, most people will naturally expect to happen to stop this challenge, and will it as they don't need to face the challenge of excuse. However, such a self handicapping ostrich attitude will only let you to dig out your potential, you can not reach the goal.
Here are some ways to stop your ostrich work:
  1. Note warning. This includes your withdraw back. There are always excuses, excessive emphasis on the potential difficulties.
  2. Focus on how to achieve the goal, rather than looking for excuses for avoiding. "If this..." and "If these...". The creative ways to explain you are thinking about how to solve the problem. For example, if you think that because of the lack of a certain skill, you may fail, then, find a way to get this the necessary skills.
  3. Manage your negative emotions. When faced with obstacles (there will always be some difficult), you can easily disappointed or angry. This time, control their emotions, for their own good, have the ability to make changes in your attention to.
