只要你願意接受協助,你可以改進你的EQ

如果你能夠管理好自己的情緒,也能夠管理他人的情緒,你就有機會成為一名好的領導者。但是,你真的能夠做好你的情商(Emotional Intelligence, EQ)管理嗎?也就是,你能夠管理好你的同情心、人際關係、聆聽技巧、自覺能力,等等,這些是成為一名領導者必須改變的能力
好消息是,EQIQ更有彈性。人的智商(IQ),人的智商通常一生就是很固定的。但是,人的情商(EQ),可以經過訓練,調整上升25%的幅度。壞消息是,它真的很難、很難改變。一個主要原因是,我們通常很不願意直接面對自己的優點和缺點。如果是容易的,我們每個人都很容易有高EQ了,不是嗎?
這就是為什麼有所謂的組織(Organization)的主要原因,每個人都需要在組織內學習與訓練,改進個人的EQ能力。只要有經常性的回饋與耳提面命,人是有機會提高他的EQ能力的。
只是,很少有企業認知到將提高員工的EQ作為組織的優先次序你呢

The good news is that EQ is more resilient than IQ. The IQ of a person is usually fixed throughout his life. However, EQ can be trained to increase by 25%.
