在做艱難對話前,先考慮對方的觀點

當你必須和同事溝通一件艱難的事,你可能直接了當的做對話。但是,最好在你沒有評估好他的觀點前,不要率然地對話。
思考一下,你的同事可能會如何想?他過去的行為會使他如何考慮事情?想象一下,如果你是他,會希望有什麼結果?你必須有意識如何協助他達到他的期望。
你們之間會有哪些可以達成共識的? 這樣做,會讓你們之間的對話較為順利。
