當你在事業上起步,工作經驗有限時,獲得信譽是很困難的。在你證明自己是一名關鍵員工之前,你的同事不會把你看作是公司的重要組成部分。
以通過傳達你所帶來的價值來贏得同事們的尊敬。想想你的強項:你在哪些方面做得最好?你過去受到過什麼表揚?不要忘記考慮你的個人生活機會,因為你的成長與生活地獄或族群背景,你會擁有一些有用的見解。
例如,如果你是一個20歲左右的人,從事過一個市場研究項目,你可能會對如何問他人年齡有很好的提問技巧。這種依靠自己的經驗與做法可以成為建立公司信譽和積極進步的起點。
