When you find that your colleagues earn more money than you do
Most
of us don't know how much money our colleagues earn. But you may know from some
sources that your colleague's salary is even higher than yours. How do you get
there?
Maybe
you will rush into the boss's office and ask for a raise. But you should calm
down and assess the situation from
your boss's perspective. Maybe your colleagues
are more experienced and more qualified than you.
Objectively to assess the work performance and
contribution, as well as your reasonable salary
range. When you talk with boss, you can say:
"I noticed that my colleagues and we
do the same work, but he get higher than my
wages. I work hard, and I love my job. How should I improve in order to get a
raise?" if the one-time large rise is not possible, you can ask for a job
or bonus, is to give a few days off.
If
the request is not possible, then it maybe is the
time to consider to leave.
