也許你會機動地衝進老闆的辦公室，要求加薪。但是，你應該冷靜，從你的老闆的眼光來評估形勢。也許你的同事確實就是比你資深、比你更有經驗、比你更有資格。

如果這些請求都不可能實現，那麼，就是可以考慮另謀高就了。
