這並不代表你要吹噓你自己。只要將事實的成績結果說出來即可。
你可以不必說你自己如何聰敏勤奮的完成工作任務,而可以這樣說:【經由老闆的明確指導,我做了一些優化,得到全體同仁的支援,我們共同完成了任務,創造出了優異的成績。】不要將功勞全部攔在自己身上,別人會知道你在其中所扮演的角色與貢獻。
如果你能夠特別讚譽某幾位同事的貢獻,他會特別感激你,而在辦公室內為你創造有利於你的氛圍。
