- 啟動新項目,難以進入最佳狀態。當你啟動一項新工作,你沒有前例可循。要進入最佳狀態,你的頭腦必須能夠有潛意識,而你啟動新工作,你沒有辦法一開始就有這樣的潛意識。
- 你需要對的環境。找出來什麼樣的環境有助於你進入狀態,是有許多人的咖啡店,或是安靜的圖書館?然後,就選擇讓你感到舒適的工作環境。
- 情緒很重要。要進入良好的工作狀態需要有正確的情緒,使你的潛意識帶動你的工作。音樂通常能夠平靜你的情緒。找到你喜歡的歌曲、歌星或是曲目來幫助你。

- The mood is very important. To enter the good working conditions need to have the right mood, put your subconscious to your work. Music can usually calm your emotion. Find your love songs, singers or tracks to help you.
