被公司升級了你會同時感到興奮與有新的壓力感一旦你接受完大家的恭賀后,是你開始面對新期待的時候了。
以下幾個提示能夠幫助你盡快調整好進入新的角色
  1. 獲得支持。找到能夠在就任新職務的前幾個月內,能夠知道你的幫手、導師、或是教練。請他給你誠懇的、有建設性的回饋。
  2. 做好計劃。寫下你在就任新職后的前幾個月預備完成的工作項目。你的計劃應該務實並且有清楚的優先次序。你也必須知道必須放棄些什麼。
  3. 了解自己的能力限度。新工作代表新的責任。但是,你必須對自己誠實,知道哪些是自己做得來的,哪些是做不來的。
