all think we have too much to do, and we don't have enough time to do it. But
if you don't have a clear priority in the first place, you'll never find
something wrong.
Assess
your work and assess your priorities: Which
tasks are more (or less) urgent? Which is the most important (or the least
important)?
This
list will prepare you for specific to-do lists for tasks that really require
your attention.
It
also helps you answer the question: "How
do I better arrange my time now?" Focus on tasks that are both urgent and
important, and get rid of the tasks that neither delegate nor do.
Don't
ignore the important but not so urgent tasks. Make sure that these activities
are on your to-do list, or they may never be done.
