培養你可以從挫折中回復的能力

有些人面對挫折,仍然可以茁壯成長,而有些人則人似乎無法復原。例如,你如何應對被解雇或沒有得到晋昇?你恢復信心是感到容易還是感到困難?
你可以培養三種特質來幫助你可以從挫折中復原:
  1. 清楚地看到現實。有辦法的人對他們面臨的形勢會有實際的看法。他們並不過於樂觀,也不否認現實。相反地,他們甚至盯著困難的局面,把它們看作是訓練自己如何度過苦難的一種管道。
  2. 從所發生的事實來發現其中的意義。有辦法的人會從所經歷的痛苦來創造出某種意義。
  3. 願意設法解決問題。當你面對問題卻缺乏必須的資源,仍然願意去克服障礙。有辦法的人會充分利用他們僅有擁有的資源。
Cultivate your ability to recover from setbacks
Some people still thrive when faced with setbacks, while others don't seem to be able to recover. For example, how do you deal with being fired or not getting promoted? Is it easy or difficult for you to regain your confidence?
You can develop three traits that help you recover from setbacks:
  1. See clearly the reality. There are ways for people to have the actual situation they face will view the reality. They are not too optimistic, do not deny the reality. On the contrary, they even looked at the difficult situation, regard them as a pipeline to spend training their suffering.
  2. Discover the meaning from facts that happen. People who are able to create some kind of meaning from the pain they experience.
  3. Willing to solve problems. When you face problems and lack the necessary resources, you are still willing to overcome obstacles. People who have ways will make full use of the resources they have.
