建立第一印象

無論是去參加求職面試，或是去拜會客戶，個人的印象很有影響。如果你能夠表現的好，你的人際關係和與人的互動就會容易許多。你可以這樣做：

1. 做好功課。知道你要和誰去談，她會關切什麼，以及她要去解決什麼問題。在見面之前，準備好相關的談話重點。
2. 要有信心。你會緊張是很容易的，但是你不會希望顯露出你的緊張狀態。你的身體語言應該表現出你的自信和舒坦。大步行動，走路抬頭挺胸，坐直身體。
3. 關切和參與。聆聽她在說什麼，問清楚細節。你愈是能夠讓她有好的感覺，她對你就會有更多的正面印象。
4. 做好跟進行動。要把握好你的好形象，可以寫下對她的感謝短信，或是提供給她和你們對話內容相關的文章。

Building first impressions

Whether it is a job interview, or visit customers, personal impression is very influential. If you can do well, your relationships and interactions with people will be much easier. You can do this:

1. Do your homework. Knowing who you're going to talk to, what she's going to care about, and what she's going to solve. Before you meet, get ready for the conversation.
2. Be confident. It's easy for you to be nervous, but you don't want to show your nervousness. Your body language should show your confidence and comfort. Walk with great strides, walk up, straighten your chest, sit upright.
3. Concerns and participation. Listen to what she's saying, ask for details. The more you can make her feel good, the more she will have a positive impression of you.
4. Follow up action. If you have a good image, you can write a thank-you note to her, or give her a conversation about what you're talking about.
