以關注自己的價值來控制你的情緒

若是你能夠注意察覺,你會知道什麼對你是重要的?如果你在工作中,感覺到自己情緒不對了,可以退一步想想是怎麼回事?
例如,當你預備要批評你的一位員工時,你會考慮到你的批評是否有足夠的憑據?是否會打擊他的工作積極性?是否對他公平?或是,你其實可以有建設性的意見?
如此多思考一下,可以讓你脫離焦慮的情緒,回到解決問題的本身,而考慮到如何表現出你專業的價值上。

Control your emotions by focusing on your own value
If you can be aware of it, you will know what is important to you.If you feel you're in the wrong mood at work, you can step back and think about what's going on?
For example, when you are preparing to criticize one of your employees, will you consider whether your criticism has sufficient credentials? Will it blow his work enthusiasm? Is it fair to him? Or, can you actually have constructive ideas?

So much thinking can get you out of anxiety and go back to the problem itself, and consider how to show your professional value.
