Don't let your criticism cover your praise
When we get feedback from our boss or colleagues, we tend to focus more on what is being criticized. These are the things we have to do to improve them. And always sticking to these negative criticisms can make people weak.
You also have to be sure that you've heard some positive praise for you:
  1. Write the compliments you heard. When you get feedback from others, don't just care about your negative criticisms, and praise the positive ones you heard, so you can know what you've done right. Do so can also let you know that the person who gives you the positive compliment is important to you.
  2. Deep understanding of your praise. You can ask for the real reasons for your praise. For example, you can ask: "I'm glad to hear that you think that the service we offer helps your service. Can you tell us about which of them help you the most? How do you realize that our service can help you?"
  3. Believe such praise. Self-doubt will make you doubt the praise you've received. Don't let self-doubt underestimate your ability, and positive praise you can get. Even though you may not believe it at first, you can still try to believe that you can do it.
