如何改變你的壞習慣?

每個人在職業發展上都會受限於一些自己的壞習慣。也許你不擅長于人際交往,也許你雖然懂技術但是不夠好,最糟糕的是我們難以擺脫這些壞習慣。但是,如果你能夠如下列提示般做出一些改變,你就有機會改善:
  1. 離開不良的影響,而靠近有益的。將會對我們產生壞影響的,保持距離,而將靠近有益的,例如,你希望多增加文學涵養,就將這些書本放在隨手可以翻閱之處。
  2. 換掉一些朋友。多接觸對你有益的朋友。如果你希望讓自己多一些正能量,就約有這樣特質的朋友一起吃個飯。
  3. 設定你的工作時程表。如果你能夠安排一定的時間,專注達成你的目標,那麼你的成功機會就會提高。
  4. 正面看待你的選擇。如果你感覺雖然讓你會不舒服,但是卻必須面對的對話,不要想成“我必須處理這些亂七八糟的事。”,不如想成“我想要達成什麼目的?”
How do you change your bad habits?
Everyone will be limited to some bad habits in their career development. Maybe you are not good at interpersonal relationships. Maybe you can understand technology but not good enough, and the worst thing is that we can't get rid of these bad habits. But if you can make some changes like the following tips, you have a chance to improve:
  1. Leave the bad effect, and close to the beneficial. It will keep our distance from bad influence, and will be close to beneficial. For example, if you want to increase more literary conserving, you can put these books in hand where you can browse.
  2. Change some friends. Many contacts are good for you. If you want to give yourself more positive energy, a friend with such a trait will have a meal together.
  3. Set your work schedule. If you can arrange a certain amount of time and focus on achieving your goals, then your chances of success will be improved.
  4. Look at your choices. If you feel uncomfortable, but you have to face the conversation, don't think, "I have to deal with these things." What do I want to do, "What do I want to achieve?"
