重置你對同事的認知

當我們與某人一起共事幾個月后,我們已經能夠建立起對他的一些認識與期待。但是,若是你有心與他建立起更好的工作關係,你不要停留在對他既有的印象,而要知道他目前的實際狀態,也就是說,你要重置(reset)對他的認知。
他今天看起來怎樣?他今天說話口氣怎樣?他的面部表情如何?他還是說以前會說的話嗎?還是他有了新鮮的話題?
若是你能夠抓住他最新的狀態,你就能夠調整和他相處的方式。這對於你們之間的工作共識、決策與行動,都會更能夠符合他的興趣,也會更有效率。

Reset your understanding of your colleagues
When we work with someone for a few months, we have been able to build up some of his ideas and expectations. However, if you have the heart to establish a better working relationship with him, you should not rest on his existing impression, but know his actual state, that is to say, you need to reset his (reset) cognition to him.
What does he look like today? How does he speak today? How is his facial expression? Does he still say what he said before? Or did he have a new topic?
If you can catch his latest state, you can adjust the way he gets along with him. This will be more consistent with the consensus, decision and action of your work, and it will be more effective and more efficient.
