運用辦公室政治來發揮你的優勢

一說到政治，許多人都心存厭惡感。然而，在辦公室里，就實際存在這些紛擾的政治關係：對不同項目的進度衝突、對優先次序選擇的看法差異、以及，最令人討厭的，就是有人在追求個人利益。但是，這些都是在辦公室裡難以避免的。

你需要做的是，了解它，以及好好管理它，懂得運用辦公室里的政治來發揮出你自己的優勢。

1. 了解政治關係圈。你首先要做的是，了解辦公室里的各個政治派別、政治領袖、以及他們的主張與衝突內容。有了這樣的了解，你才會知道你自己的主張將會受到誰支持，以及受到誰反對抵制。或是，你才會知道他們各派別能夠接受的底線如何。
2. 讓它透明爭辯。你很難對辦公室的政治置之不理，用私下運作，結果可能更糟。但是，對於你想推動的主張，可以讓大家一起來爭辯一番。你可以召開會議，讓不同主張的人們，都能夠表示出他們的意見。或是，你可以邀請其中幾位來一起午餐，聯繫感情，也可以消弭彼此的觀點差異。
3. 做出妥協。你必須明白，你或許無法一時間消弭掉長期形成的政治衝突。但是，你可以發揮出協調的功能。訂出你自己也可以接受的妥協方案，將各方的顧慮考慮進來。展現你的誠意。并請支持你的伙伴來發揮出他們的影響力，先取得可行的支持。

Use office politics to take advantage of you

When it comes to politics, many people feel tired about. However, in the office, the actual existence of these troubled political relations: on schedule conflict, different projects of priority selection, and the differences of opinion, most people dislike, that some people in the pursuit of personal interests. However, these are difficult to avoid in the office.

You need to do is to understand it, and manage it. How to use the office politics to play your own advantage?

1. Understand political relationships. The first thing you have to do is understand the office of the various political factions, political leaders, and their opinions and conflicts. With this understanding, you will know who will be your own advocate support, and by those who oppose or resist. It is, you will know how they factions can accept the bottom line.
2.  Make it transparent argument. You are difficult to ignore the political office, with private operation, the results may be worse. However, if you want to promote ideas, so that we can together argue. You can make people meeting different views, are able to express their opinions. Or, you can invite some to lunch together, establishing better contact, eliminating difference of each other.
3. Compromise. You must understand that you may not be able to eliminate off political conflict forms for a long time in short time. However, you can play a coordinating function. Set out a compromise which you can accept. Put parties concerns into account. Show your sincerity. And please support your partner to play their influence, to obtain feasible support.
