To Prepare for New Job Appointment
Many executives know that they are about to be appointed to new positions, but few will be prepared in advance.
Instead of waiting for the formal appointment issued, rather to prepare from now. You can use your status in the company to get to know those personnel and their status in the new office that you will be deployed. To understand opportunities and you will have to face challenges.
Waiting for the new personnel released a few weeks before, you can spend 30 minutes to do the homework every day. You can read the relevant documents in the company, such as the evaluation report and related work report. You can get to know what problems the new department is facing, and make your assumptions and ideas of problem solving.
You can find some senior supervisors who understand these projects, ask questions about them, so you can enter the situation as soon as possible.
