星期一早上到了,你覺得輕鬆嗎?或者你還停留在周的緊張
讓你的週末更清新的一個方法是把它們當作一個短暫的假期。其中的一部分就是享受自己:睡在裡面,少做家務,比平時多吃一點。想辦法讓自己的週末生活變得更輕鬆有趣。另一部分是减速:注意你的周圍環境,手頭的活動,以及參與其中的人。
無論發生什麼事情,保持你的頭腦將幫助你品味它,這反過來將幫助你感覺你正在擺脫日常的磨難。
但是把這些“假期週末”留到你真正需要它們的時候。
但是,如果它們發生得太頻繁,它們就會失去作用。
To refresh your week, treat weekends as holidays
Monday morning, do you feel relaxed? Or did you stay nervous last week?
One way to refresh your weekends is to treat them as a short vacation. Part of it is enjoying yourself: sleeping in it, doing less housework and eating a little more than usual. Find ways to make your weekend life easier and more interesting. Another part is deceleration: pay attention to your surroundings, the activities at hand, and the people involved.
Whatever happens, keeping your mind will help you savor it, which in turn will help you feel that you are getting rid of everyday suffering.
But keep these "holiday weekends" until you really need them.
But if they happen too often, they will be useless.
