我們都知道有一名導師是很有幫助的，但是很不容易有一個人能夠給你所有你需要的指導。

試著用另外一種方式，去建立一個“董事會”，結合一群人，你可以向他們咨詢你需要的各種不同的意見。

你先問自己：“我自己擅長什麼，而我需要改進的是什麼？”。想想有哪些人擁有你需要的知識技能。想得廣闊些，包含你的同事和屬下。

對他們每一個人，想想他們什麼時間可以與你聯繫交談。你可以每個月邀請他一起午餐，喝個咖啡，或是邀請他一起開會，說出他的觀點。

你也要想好如何給予他們適當的回報。

Try another way to set up a “board of directors”that combines a group of people and you can ask them for a variety opinions you need.

You can ask yourself, “What am I good at, and what do I need to improve?”Think about who has the knowledge and skills you need. Think more broadly, including your colleagues and subordinates.

For each of them, think about when they can talk to you. You can invite him to lunch, have coffee, or invite him to a meeting every month to make his point.
