對他們每一個人,想想他們什麼時間可以與你聯繫交談。你可以每個月邀請他一起午餐,喝個咖啡,或是邀請他一起開會,說出他的觀點。

and subordinates.

think about when they can talk to you. You can invite him to lunch, have coffee,
