Focus on the work that only you can
do
The higher your position in the organization, the more you
have to focus on the company’s need for you, rely on your job, not the job you
want to do.
Although many experts give advice on choosing the best jobs
you can do, smart leaders are more likely to choose jobs that only they can do.
This work may be in line with the unique role of
you, for example, to meet a key customer, or must only your characters can fit it.
Or, other people in the organization lack of job skills, such as strong marketing skills.
Grab how you can have the best value for the
company, then focus on your time and effort in these areas, and then outsource as
much work as possible to other people.
